Most OntarioLearn courses have a final exam that will need to be written in a testing center. Your instructor will be able to provide you with all exam details.

Check under "Important Dates" for your scheduled exam week. If you want to write outside of your exam week, contact your instructor for permission and have your instructor copy ontariolearn@canadorec.on.ca in their response.

If you live or work within 25 kms of North Bay you will be required to complete your exam within one of Canadore College's testing centers.

As an OntarioLearn student you are able to write your exam free of charge in the testing centers at all 22 member colleges.

If you cannot attend a testing center it is your responsibility to arrange to have your exam proctored. Any fees charged by the proctor are the students' responsibility. Please refer to the following guidelines:

• Proctors must be an educational or human resource professional or a person in a authority role. Some examples are professors, librarians, police officers.
• To avoid conflict of interest concerns, the proctor may not be a relative, co-worker, neighbour, friend, or person with the same address as the student. A college student cannot be a proctor.
• Exams cannot be invigilated at the student's place of employment.
  

Please submit the proctor’s:

• Full name (with correct spelling) and company with job title
• Complete mailing address and location of where the exam is to be written
• Daytime phone number
