Canadore Convocation in Parry Sound
Canadore College is holding Convocation Ceremonies in Parry Sound tomorrow for the Personal Support Worker, Practical Nursing and Cook Assistant Pre-Apprentice programs.
Over 90% of the graduates have already secured employment in their field of study. Canadore’s priority is to provide relevant programming for our students to excel in their chosen careers.
The most recent Key Performance Indicators shows that 95.5% of employers are satisfied or very satisfied with Canadore graduates. There have been over 34,000 Canadore graduates since the College’s inception. On Tuesday, the College will bid farewell to 25 graduating students.
The College is very proud of all the graduates for their achievements. This is Canadore’s sixth convocation of the year.
The Convocation Ceremonies are being held at Parry Sound Secondary School, 111 Isabella Street at 1 p.m. on August 18.
The next convocation will take place on September 12 in North Bay at the College Drive Campus for Communication Arts, Information Technology, Skilled Trades, and Preparatory programs.
