Canadore College and the Canadian Forces recently established a partnership Non Commissioned Member Subsidized Education
Plan (NCM SEP), which created a framework for students and graduates of Canadore’s Aviation Technician - Avionics Maintenance program to take the specialized skills they have acquired in school and put them to use in the military as Avionics Technicians.

What does this mean for students?
The benefits of the NCM SEP are numerous:

• Employment with the Canadian Forces upon graduation;
• Receive a salary and benefits while in school; and
• All costs associated with the program, such as tuition, books and instruments, are paid by the Department of National Defence.
