Business Administration (Co-op)

Earn while you learn! The three-year Business Administration (Co-op) program allows you to participate in a partnership between an employer, the college and you, the student. This unique arrangement gives you paid work experience in a chosen career field, which will enhance the educational component of the program and offer you expanded employment options upon graduation.

Canadore’s three-year Business Administration (Co-op) program will help you develop a broad range of business and administrative skills required for you to excel in a business environment. Discuss and study the essential concepts and elements of management with emphasis on effective problem-solving and decision-making skills. Study accounting, human resources, business policy and marketing by examining and evaluating various styles, functions, processes and patterns of management.

Case studies, work projects, seminars and skill development sessions will be used to examine and exchange ideas as well as develop interpersonal skills. Central issues in business, particularly decision-making, cooperation and change, will be explored in groups and classroom settings.
