Quality Learning, Teaching & Innovation
The Quality Learning, Teaching and Innovation (QLTI) department provides leadership and support for program development, helps build our online learning community and generally is involved in most of the new College initiatives.
The core responsibilities include planning, developing and leading special, contract, online and new program development projects. The department is a key revenue generator for the College and is continually researching and procuring new public and/or private sector funding opportunities. The role to administer and promote iLearn, Canadore’s online learning management system, also resides in the QLTI department. iLearn provides the college with an online community and allows faculty to expand their classroom experience beyond the walls of the institution.
