Apprenticeship

Canada is experiencing a critical shortage of skilled trades workers. Employers need highly-skilled workers now, and graduates from trades apprenticeship programs are in demand. A career in trades can offer you a promising future in a secure, well-paid and challenging occupation.
Earn while you learn! Apprenticeship is a combination of in-school training and on-the-job experience. About 90 per cent of your time is spent learning practical skills while being supervised by a qualified journeyperson. Apprenticeship training is flexible and accessible.
