Students in the School of Culinary Arts gain real-world experience in the casual
fine dining restaurant, 100 Elements. In this unique learning environment students create and serve decadent six course meals under the training and
supervision of Canadore’s chefs de cuisine and professors. This newly renovated
experience is based on a classical foundation with modern cuisine and features a
new wine list featuring Ontario wines, local beers and fine single malt scotches.
